4. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. UPS provides estimated delivery times during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the UPS website.

6. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States using UPS services. Please note that we can only ship to P.O. boxes using the UPS GroundSaver option.

7. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

8. Signature Requirement:

  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. UPS will make multiple attempts to deliver the package, and you may have the option to provide delivery instructions through the UPS My Choice service.

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

10. International Shipping:

  • We do not offer shipping outside the United States.
